A challenging and rewarding place to serve God and others

Every position within ACRM requires specific qualifications to that area of service. Job descriptions outline the particular duties and qualifications which must be met for each staff position. However, the following personnel requirements are common to all persons employed by ACRM.

Each staff member must:

• Be a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ as expressed by a personal testimony and Christian conduct.
• Be a member in good standing of a recognized Christian church.
• Have a genuine concern for the salvation of the souls and the spiritual welfare of ACRM guests and clients.
• Agree with the doctrinal statement of ACRM.
• Abstain from the use of alcoholic beverages, tobacco and illegal drugs.
• Have a lifestyle that is free from sexual sin.
• Have the ability and the desire to work in harmony with other staff members.
• Not be related to any other ACRM staff member.
• Not have been a client at ACRM within the three years prior to date of application (contract staff are an exception).
