We often hear from parents that they want their children to appreciate what they have, and understand that not everyone is as fortunate as they are.  

• Explore our website, become informed, and then explain the issue of homelessness to your child.
  
• Volunteer at the Mission with your teen.
• Do a project with your younger children at home, or help them collect our needed items and deliver them to the Mission.
• Show our kids' page to your younger children to help them understand that not everyone has a place to live.
